RELIABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE

Since its inception in 1990, the Delica has been a staple of Spyderco's product lineup, pioneering the lightweight, clip-carry, one-handed folding knife concept along with its larger counterpart, the Endura. This innovation was instrumental in popularizing fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) as a handle material.

In 2006, the Delica underwent a complete redesign, resulting in the current Delica 4. Its handle features skeletonized stainless steel liners encased within FRN scales, incorporating Spyderco’s Bi-Directional Texturing pattern for improved grip while keeping weight to a minimum.

Multiple variations of the Delica 4 are available, including a saber-ground version with a black FRN handle, a version with the Emerson opening feature for quick deployment, a flat-ground version with a premium ZDP-189 blade, and a series of flat-ground VG-10 Delicas with different colored FRN handles.
